Mimmo Paladino's Biography

Mimmo Paladino is an Italian contemporary artist and sculptor. He was born in 1948 and is associated with the Neo Expressionist movement. He is known for his painting, sculpture, and objects using a variety of mediums and materials, including wood, steel, bronze, and marble. His works often incorporate themes of nature, myth, and history, as well as an exploration of the human body. Paladino has exhibited extensively in Europe and the United States, including at the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, and the Venice Biennale.
