Lili Reynaud Dewar's Biography
Lili Reynaud Dewar is a French artist born in 1975. She works primarily in installation art but also works with performance, sculpture, and video. Her work interrogates identity and its intersections with race, gender, and class, and is often rooted in her own experience of being mixed race. Her works often take the form of theatrical productions and performative installations, and have been exhibited in venues such as the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles, and the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden in Washington, D.C.
