Kerstin Brätsch's Biography

Kerstin Brätsch is a German artist born in 1979 who works in painting, sculpture, installation, and performance. She has been a key figure in the Ultra-Contemporary art movement, and her work often explores the boundaries between art and everyday life. She is known for her use of bright colors, bold patterns, and the incorporation of everyday objects into her artworks. Her works have been exhibited internationally, including at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Tate Modern in London, and the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London. Her works are held in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art and the Guggenheim Museum, among others.
