Elisabetta Benassi is an Italian contemporary artist born in 1966. She is best known for her work in time-based media, which typically involves video, film, and digital art. Her work has been exhibited in numerous venues around the world, including the Venice Biennale, the Centre Pompidou in Paris, and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles. Benassi's practice is centered on exploring the ways in which technology can be used to create new forms of expression and experience.
