Edith Dekyndt's Biography
Edith Dekyndt is a Belgian artist born in 1960. She is primarily known for her video, sculpture, objects and installation art. Her works often explore the concepts of time, space and memory, as well as the relationships between humans and nature. She has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Europe and around the world. Her works have been included in the collections of major institutions such as the Centre Pompidou in Paris and the MOMA in New York. Her current exhibition, Fragilités, is currently running at the Galerie Rudolfinum in Prague. She is also a member of the Panorama 24 – L’autre Côté exhibition at Le Fresnoy, Studio national des arts contemporains in Tourcoing, France.
