David Claerbout's Biography
David Claerbout is a Belgian artist who works in photography, time-based media, and installation art. He was born in 1969 and is known for his contemporary art. He is also a professor at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. Claerbout has exhibited his artwork in numerous exhibitions and galleries around the world, including Finis Terrae at Geukens & De Vil in Knokke-Heist, Belgium, and Breathing at the Hamburger Kunsthalle in Hamburg, Germany.
