Darren Bader's Biography
Darren Bader is an American artist born in 1978. His work deals with the exploration of the boundaries between traditional and unconventional materials, objects, and ideas. He often combines everyday objects, abstract forms, and texts to create works that challenge the accepted conventions of art. His works often explore themes of juxtaposition, humor, and absurdity. He has exhibited widely in both the United States and abroad in numerous galleries and museums, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York, the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles, the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston, the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis, and the Tate Modern in London. He has also participated in numerous international biennials, including Documenta 14 in Kassel, Germany and the Venice Biennale. Bader received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and his Master of Fine Arts from Yale University.
