Carmen Calvo's Biography
Carmen Calvo, born in 1950 in Spain, is a contemporary Spanish artist and sculptor. She studied Fine Arts at the University of Granada and has since been working on a variety of sculpture and painting projects. Her works have been included in exhibitions at several renowned international venues, such as the Institut Valencià d'Art Modern (IVAM) in Valencia and the Residenzgalerie Salzburg in Austria. Her artworks are characterized by their vivid colors, bold lines, and abstract shapes. She often makes use of techniques such as collage and assemblage to create her sculptural pieces. In addition to her painting and sculpture work, Calvo is also involved in various social and environmental activism projects.
