Anselm Reyle's Biography

Anselm Reyle is a German contemporary artist born in 1970. He is best known for his hybrid Pop-Minimalism style combining elements of Pop Art and Minimalism. His works often utilize everyday materials such as aluminum foil, paper and plastics. Reyle has exhibited widely in solo and group shows, including those at Museum Ludwig in Cologne, the Whitechapel Gallery in London, and the Städel Museum in Frankfurt. His works are held in the collections of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York, the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Tokyo.
