Anri Sala's Biography
Anri Sala is an Albanian contemporary artist born in 1974. He is best known for his photographs, videos, and installations. His works often explore the relationship between sound and images, and how they interact with the viewer. His work has been exhibited around the world, including in the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and Tate Modern in London. Sala has also been the recipient of numerous awards and grants, including the Carnegie International in 2020 and the Guggenheim Fellowship in 2018.
