Ann Lislegaard's Biography
Ann Lislegaard is a Norwegian-born contemporary installation artist who is best known for her works that explore the intersection of technology, history, and culture. Her works often combine video, audio, and digital technology with other elements such as photography, sculpture, and performance. She has exhibited her work extensively throughout Europe, the United States, and Japan. She has also been involved in several international exhibitions, including the Venice Biennale and the Whitney Biennial. Lislegaard has received numerous awards and distinctions throughout her career, including the prestigious Carnegie Art Award in 2015. She currently lives and works in Stockholm, Sweden.
