Alberto García Alix's Biography
Alberto García-Alix is a Spanish contemporary photographer and film director born in 1956. He is one of the key figures of the Spanish cultural scene of the 1980s and is considered one of the most important Spanish photographers of his generation. García-Alix is known for his raw and realistic black and white images that capture the everyday lives of people in Madrid and other cities of Spain. He has exhibited his works in various galleries and museums around the world, including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Museo Reina Sofía in Madrid, and the Museum of Modern Art in New York. He has also published several books and directed several short films.
